How does the approval process work?
After registration, our admin team reviews your application. This typically takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved, and you can then log in to start your 5-day free trial.
What happens after my free trial ends?
At the end of your 5-day free trial, you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue using the service. You can choose either our Standard (£9.99/month) or Premium (£19.99/month) plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after subscribing, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
